Serve as the primary point of contact for the sales team, providing essential administrative and operational support.
Create comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations that drive decision-making.
Analyze complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insights for the sales organization.
Lead cross-functional initiatives collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, Technical Support, IT and Finance teams, including supporting marketing campaigns and initiatives that drive sales.
Conduct data enrichment and maintain our database, ensuring data integrity and adherence to processes.
Coordinate internal events, including Regional Sales Meetings and marketing-related activities, to foster team engagement.
Calculate commissions for the sales team and partners accurately.
Work closely with the Sales team to develop and maintain sales forecasts.
Provide training to the sales team and organize training sessions with other departments or external partners.
Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
