Job description:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the sales team, providing essential administrative and operational support.
  • Create comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations that drive decision-making.
  • Analyze complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insights for the sales organization.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, Technical Support, IT and Finance teams, including supporting marketing campaigns and initiatives that drive sales.
  • Conduct data enrichment and maintain our database, ensuring data integrity and adherence to processes.
  • Coordinate internal events, including Regional Sales Meetings and marketing-related activities, to foster team engagement.
  • Calculate commissions for the sales team and partners accurately.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to develop and maintain sales forecasts.
  • Provide training to the sales team and organize training sessions with other departments or external partners.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
