Job description

  • Lead and exceed given in-country annual/quarterly revenue targets
  • Accelerate market growth with total solution offering.
  • Identifying and acquiring new market and customer segments
  • Working closely with local partner Sales and global BD Team, to understand customer requirements and build a compelling total solution value proposition
  • Developing a good understanding of the customer needs, solutions, and vertical market
  • Through forecast and financial planning
  • Develop pipeline through prospecting, cross selling with Partner Sales and Marketing Team
  • Aligning with the Country / Regional Sales Leadership
  • Own and manage customer relationships and interactions through all stages of the sales cycle, as well as working with the Bid and Commercial Team on formal customer responses
  • Utilisation of CRM tool to manage customer contacts, pipeline and opportunities

Requirements

  • Self-Starter and Disciplined in Follow-Through   
  • “Hunter” mentality and aggressive
  • At least 3 years of successful solution selling experience, particularly PaaS, SaaS and Global SIM Connectivity.
  • Proven track record of achieving “business development” sales targets, working in an “overlay” role
  • Ability to bring existing network contacts.  
  • In-depth, understanding of the IoT, landscape, platforms, competitors, and overall value chain
  • Proven stakeholder management experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written in English
  • Ability to translate customer requirements into strategic proposals
  • Ability to develop joint strategic sales plans for increase revenue and market share
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Fluency in English is a must
