Job summary:
The Marketing Development Representative (MDR) is responsible for identifying, nurturing, and qualifying marketing-generated leads with a strong focus on digital channels. This role plays a critical part in bridging the gap between marketing campaigns and sales pipeline creation. The MDR uses digital tools, content, and platforms to engage prospects, drive interest in Acceleronix’s IoT solutions, and convert marketing responses into qualified sales opportunities. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, data-driven, and highly motivated to create impact through digital engagement.
Job description:
Lead Engagement & Qualification:
- Follow up on marketing-generated leads via email, social media, and phone outreach.
- Qualify leads based on established criteria and route high-quality prospects to sales.
- Maintain active engagement with leads through personalized, multi-touch outreach.
Digital Campaign Execution, Brand Positioning & Support:
- Leverage digital marketing assets (e.g., whitepapers, webinars, email campaigns) to engage and educate prospects while reinforcing brand recognition and positioning.
- Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and cadence with ongoing campaigns and ensure consistent representation of Acceleronix’s brand identity.
- Use marketing automation tools to execute lead nurturing workflows.
Data & CRM Management:
- Maintain accurate lead records, interactions, and status updates in the CRM system.
- Track campaign responses, engagement metrics, and conversion performance.
- Provide feedback to marketing and sales on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with Regional Sales Managers (RSMs), Inside Sales, and Marketing to ensure alignment of outreach efforts.
- Participate in campaign planning sessions and provide input on content and messaging.
- Help ensure consistent brand tone and messaging across all touchpoints.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or sales development.
- Familiarity with digital channels (email, LinkedIn, webinars) and marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Proactive, self-starter mindset with a passion for technology and marketing.
