Job description:
- Managing full lifecycle of customer projects – from initial kick-off to final delivery and handover.
- Serving as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring clarity, accountability, and regular progress updates.
- Working closely with Sales, Solution Engineers, Product Managers, and Operations to ensure deliverables are aligned and executed on time.
- Creating and managing project plans, track progress, flag risks, and adjust timelines where necessary to maintain delivery commitments.
- Oversee solution deployment, onboarding, validation, and customer readiness activities.
- Capture customer feedback to support continuous improvement in solution delivery and customer experience.
- Maintaining clear documentation, project logs, and periodic reports to stakeholders internally and externally.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years in project or program management, preferably in IoT, telecommunications, or enterprise software.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Asana or MS Project. Experience with Agile or hybrid methodologies.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to translate between business and technical contexts.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel and work across teams.
